Blazin’ Balls Review

Blazin' Balls

It’s been a while since I did a game review, but what a game to come back to…

The object of Blazin’ Balls is simple in its small 3D world, roll a ball along a path to the finish to complete each level, sounds really simple doesn’t it, well there is a little more to it than that.

Whilst rolling your Blazin’ Ball along this path you have to dodge or just various pitfalls along the way – luckily you can either slow yourself down or jump over these obstacles. However this is not all that awaits you, there are also various tiles, which include the bouncy tiles (makes the Blazin’ Ball shoot into the sir), the speedy tiles (gives a speed boost), the “I’ve had a few too many beers” tiles (can’t really say it any better) and the “really muck things up” tiles which invert your left and right controls.

The first few levels start you of pretty easy with a couple of the different tiles and just a few pitfalls and get progressively more difficult up to a stage that I just had to throw in the towel. Additionally to help boost your score, you can collect coins along the way.

DrMistry has created great little game here which really is great if you just have a few minutes to spare and fancy a quick game, but be forewarned, once you start you may end up playing longer than you expected!
